HMP Elements

HMP Elements employs SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), an application-layer control protocol that can establish, modify, and terminate multimedia communication sessions such as voice calls over Internet Protocol. In addition, HMP Elements uses Host Media Processing instead of expensive and outdated telephony hardware. This is the groundwork for Voice Elements developers to build any voice application.

One of the more compelling attributes of HMP Elements is its highly accurate call progress analysis; the ability to detect, for example, whether an answering machine or person answers a call. This feature, fine tuned by Inventive Labs’ telephony experts, gives outbound dialing applications deployed on Voice Elements Platform a market edge and relieves the often frustrating lack of accuracy in competing products. Applications using Voice Elements Platform with HMP Elements can scale from 2 to hundreds of ports per server.

HMP Elements is sold directly from Inventive Labs and is bundled with Voice Elements. To download a free 30-day demo of Voice Elements, click here.
